Mail Manager

Mail Manager™ provides the perfect opportunity for mailers to implement IMB while growing their businesses. Mail Manager supports Basic Intelligent Mail and delivers access to additional add-on services such as OneCode Confirm tracking via Track N Trace; OneCode ACS® for enhanced address quality; and Move Update compliance. Mail Manager users can also add the Mail.dat option, opening the door to PostalOne! and the electronic documentation required for Full Service IMB.

BCC’s cQuencer is a workflow-coordinating solution that manages high-volume statement jobs and other variable weight mailings—from advanced file generation, to USPS CASS™/MAC Batch™ processing, to printing and inserting with sophisticated sequencing logic, all the way to submission to a postal facility. cQuencer users also enjoy critical Intelligent Mail support, including barcode application and piece/container serial number management. Support for Customer Supplier Agreements, another key IM Services element, is in development and coming soon.

Track N Trace

Among BCC’s range of available services, Track N Trace employs the IM BC to facilitate single-piece-based mail delivery tracking via USPS OneCode Confirm technology. This in-demand reporting resource is the definitive tool for mailers seeking to optimize their mail strategies and processing workflows.

Mail Verifier Plus

As the IM barcode becomes increasingly prevalent in American mailings (following a path to mandatory status in 2011), the Mail Verifier Plus provides in-house IM BC sampling capabilities that allow users to monitor the pre-mailing effectiveness of the barcode on individual mailpieces. This desktop hardware device uses advanced digital imaging and barcode analysis software derived from the Postal Service™ MERLIN® technology to deliver reliable results when there's still time to adjust the mailing to compensate for areas of possible non-compliance.
