Rochester Office Status Update – March 14, 2017

Due to deteriorating road conditions and the forecast for continued steady snowfall, the BCC Software office will be closing for the day at 5 PM today. Limited support will be made available until 5 PM, at which time support will also be closed. If your commitments for the day have been fulfilled at 3 PM, you’re welcome to head home for the day at that time. If you have questions about whether it is appropriate for you leave for the day at 3 PM, please contact your manager.

Customers will be notified via email, a forum post, and with a message on our phone system.

Please take care in your commute home this afternoon. We plan to be open for business as usual tomorrow morning. If that changes, we will provide another update at that time.
