Classroom Training
BCC offers Classroom Workshops that provide new and experienced users alike with instruction appropriate to their levels of experience. These Workshops can elevate anyone’s Mail Manager “IQ,” and help users optimize their use of BCC’s products. These sessions are offered at the Standard, Advanced and Power Workshop levels.
Express Learning Sessions (ELS)
BCC also offers complimentary hour-long Express Learning Sessions (ELS), in an online tutorial format, to help you optimize your efficiency and profitability on specific software features. In just an hour, Express Learning Sessions provide Mail Manager customers high-impact training in a live, online environment.
