If BCC handed you the product roadmap, what would you build first? This executive table talk turns the room into the development input — an open, peer-led exchange where your priorities directly shape what ships next. Three topics anchor the conversation within each group: your ideal customer wishlist table where users put forward what they’d most love to see next from BCC; voice of the user, a roundtable on how your input feeds directly into product development cycles; and integrations in action, an open discussion on how you are leveraging partner integrations to drive real business outcomes and workflow efficiency. No one-way roadmap reveal — just leaders trading needs, use cases, and wins. Leave knowing your voice is steering what comes next.

Are your platforms actually talking to each other — or just sitting side by side? This executive table talk digs into what it takes to turn a stack of tools into one connected motion across data, delivery, and decision-making. Three threads anchor the room: The Integration Equation, on how customers are leveraging multiple platforms for seamless data and workflow management; OmniChannel in Motion, a practical discussion on linking physical and digital engagement strategies using BCC’s upcoming OmniChannel services; and an APIs & Automation Roundtable, a peer-to-peer exchange on best practices for API-driven integrations and workflow customization. No vendor monologue — just leaders trading what connects cleanly, what doesn’t, and why. Leave with integration moves you can put to work Monday.

Where is mail tech actually headed — and who’s steering it? This executive table talk brings leaders together to read the road ahead and pressure-test their own strategy against it. Three threads anchor the room: Navigating the Industry Shift, a discussion on evolving postal trends, data compliance, and omnichannel growth; Leaders Unplugged, fireside-style small-group chats with on innovation culture and how decisions really get made; and Accelerating Together, a discussion on strategic partnerships, integrations, and co-development opportunities. Candid exchange on where the industry is going and how to get there faster. Leave with sharper direction and the connections to act on it.

You’ve got the strategy and a notebook full of conference insight — now what? This closing executive table talk is built to make sure what you heard this week actually lands back at the office. Three threads anchor the room: From Idea to Execution, a peer-led dialogue on bringing data-driven strategies to life; an Innovation Roundtable, a collaborative discussion on testing, scaling, and measuring the impact of innovation; and Strategy in Motion, cross-functional brainstorming on applying conference insights inside your own organization. No abstract theorizing — just leaders turning ideas into a plan. Leave with a short list of moves to implement the Monday you get back.
The fastest path to ROI in print and customer communications isn't a new press — it's better control of what happens between composition and delivery. In this session, Solimar Systems shares a practical, results-first look at how organizations are using post-composition, PDF optimization, and end-to-end job tracking to recover capacity, eliminate rework, and tighten campaign performance. Expect concrete benchmarks (think 100% ROI case studies and 24-hour-to-1-hour turnaround improvements), a candid look at where automation succeeds and stalls, and a guided table-talk segment where attendees compare notes on their own workflow bottlenecks, tracking gaps, and AI readiness. Built for cross-industry exchange — bring your toughest workflow challenge.

The night brings together everything the conference is built on — connection, conversation, and a little friendly competition. Enjoy a dinner and full-service bar as the city lights shimmer across the water, then try your luck at the tables during a custom casino night staged just for Information Exchange attendees. Blackjack, roulette, craps, poker — all the action of a Nashville casino floor, none of the risk, and plenty of prizes in play. Whether you're chasing a winning hand, swapping insights with a tablemate over dinner, or just soaking in the skyline from the open-air deck, this is the kind of evening that turns colleagues into long-term connections. Comfortable cocktail attire recommended. Doors close at the dock — don't miss the boat.
