The 2026 Surge: Postal-Aware LTL™ Strategy for Election Mail, Marketing Spikes, and Beyond

2026 is a mid-term election year — and everyone in the room knows what that means for capacity, scheduling, and SCF/ DDU drop-ship windows. This session takes a candid look at the year ahead: where the volume pressure points are, how to lock in capacity early, how to avoid the carrier confusion and missed-window scenarios that derail campaigns, and what Direct Logistics is doing to expand into Freight-of-All-Kinds (FAK) and ground/parcel to support the industry’s evolving needs.

Executive Table Talk — Ignite™: Unify the Stack, Reclaim the Day

Moderated by: Wren Hansen
Guided by: Jack Cronin + Jenn Skerrett

DESCRIPTION
How much of your operation still runs on manual touches and tools that don't talk to each other? This executive table talk puts BCC Ignite™, our flagship workflow automation platform, at the center of a candid, peer-led conversation. No slide-deck demo — just a facilitated room of leaders trading where work breaks down, which repetitive tasks eat the most margin, and how the best shops automate complex workflows, eliminate errors, and run the entire process stack from one platform that connects Architect™, REACH™, and Track N Trace™. Leave with changes worth implementing Monday.

Executive Table Talk — Best practices for automating repetitive workflows

Moderated by: Christopher O’Brien
Guided by: Adam Koester + Sean Hoffman

DESCRIPTION
Manual data prep is where margin quietly disappears — which of those touches is your team still doing by hand? This executive table talk centers on how API-driven automation transforms mail and data operations end-to-end: saving money, scaling capacity, and freeing your team for customers, campaigns, and growth instead of repetitive tasks. We'll anchor the conversation in the BCC Architect™ API suite — Architect REACH™ for cloud-based postal preparation with real-time validation and USPS-certified accuracy, and BCC Architect™ for enterprise-grade contact data quality, intelligent cleansing, multi-source integration, and advanced deduplication. The throughline is the four-step automation workflow: Integrate; Validate & Standardize (CASS™ + NCOALink®); Enhance Quality (email/phone enrichment and suppressions); and Export clean, tracked Mail.dat® files ready for production. Leaders trade real examples of cutting labor, eliminating manual touches, and plugging automation directly into the systems they already run — and leave with best practices to apply to their ecosystems.

Executive Table Talk — OmniChannel & ROI: USPS Mail Advantages in Practice

Moderated by: Kate Sanders
Guided by: Shaun Anderson + Lisa Leslie

DESCRIPTION
Can physical mail actually move your digital metrics — and can you prove it? This executive table talk explores how combining direct mail with digital channels delivers measurable lift in customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI. It's a candid, peer-led exchange on the real success stories and the real hurdles: the strategies that worked, the ones that didn't, and what it actually takes to track, analyze, and optimize cross-channel performance. Leaders trade the metrics that matter, the attribution approaches that hold up, and concrete examples of mail amplifying digital — Informed Delivery® bridging print to screen, coordinated touchpoints lifting response, and visibility data turning "we think it worked" into defensible numbers. No theory for theory's sake — just cross-channel plays you can put to work Monday morning.

Executive Table Talk — Workflow Benchmarking: How Does Your Efficiency Stack Up?

Moderated by: George Vaisey
Guided by: Mary Krause + Kendra Van Gundy

DESCRIPTION
When did you last evaluate your entire postal operation — not just the software, but the workflows, the manual touches, the overtime? This executive table talk has leaders benchmark their mailing and marketing operations against industry best practices to surface the bottlenecks quietly draining margin. Drawing on BCC Software's Postal Productivity & Utilization Assessment, we'll trade where inefficiency hides — software underutilization, manual data prep, staffing and turnover — and the metrics that expose it. One assessment surfaced 166 reclaimed hours per operator a year, over $8,000 each in savings. Leave with a clear read on your own efficiency gaps and a path to close them.
