Day 3 was another huge success! After working the floor with our partners, customers, and others in the industry we attended Shaun Anderson’s presentation on People Power in your organization (EVP of Customer Engagement at BCC Software). Our BCC team was incredible helpful with booth tear down before heading out for a celebratory dinner! All-in-all a really awesome NPF 2026! Onward!!!

Day 2 of National Postal Forum kicked off with an incredible keynote from Chris Lien and a motivating opening session from PMG David Steiner! Our action-packed day had a great turnout!

The BCC Software team was incredibly excited for a series of dedicated conversations and photo sessions with PMG David Steiner! There’s a LOT to see at Booth 911 this year with BCC Software and our team of thought-leaders, innovators, and industry-shakers were working hard to share their knowledge, and build motivation for the big industry and tech shifts happening.

The floor was just buzzing first thing in the morning at National Postal Forum 2026 with Christopher O’Brien working the show floor, handing out our Mailstream Ecosystem Passports – partnered up with solutions providers that are key to our industry’s success, including Quadient, TEC Mailing Solutions LLC, Direct Logistics, Digitalized Software, MindFire, Inc., Sylvamo, and of course our close partners at BlueCrest – As well as our valued industry associations and partners at Mailers Hub LLC, Mailing Systems Technology media, and NACUMS. What. A. Day!

The workshops at Day 2 of National Postal Forum were ABSOLUTELY PACKED! Our OmniChannel Product Manager, Kate Sanders, sat on a though-provoking industry panel featuring David Rosendahl and MindFire, Inc. along with AJ Layo from Sylvamo paper! Our goal — DRIVE MAIL VALUE! We’re moving into a new age of technology, print, and mail and the impact potential is HIGH! Later in the day, our Product Director, Adam Koester, led an panel of mail preparation industry leaders covering the principles and shifts happening that are key to staying ahead and competitive! STANDING ROOM ONLY – the final sessions of the day were jam packed!

NPF 2026 has officially kicked off with the first series of workshops and seminars and already the conversations are ALIVE! Booth setup at booth#911 was a SUCCESS and the incredible presentations from Kate Sanders, OmniChannel Product Manager, and Sean Hoffman, Professional Services Manager at BCC Software sparked intrigue, questions, follow-up dialogue and innovative thinking!

Monday, 5/4 is our Exhibit Hall kickoff, starting with a highly anticipated keynote from the Postmaster General! It’s going to be a wild day and we’ll circle back with updates when it concludes!
