Changes to Truck Direct Mail (TDM) Functionality / Introducing TDM 2.0

Truck Direct Mail has upgraded their service to version 2.0 on September 1, 2019.
Along with this change at Truck Direct Mail (TDM), there are some changes to the functionality you know today with your installation of BCC Software.
What’s changing now:
- “Show Summary” report will continue to work as it does today. Refinements have been made on the back end to provide you more accurate estimates on this screen for letter and flat mail.
- End of Life for the TDM and BCC Software Customer Portal integration. Any quotes generated by Mail Manager will still be valid on the new TDM 2.0 website. https://bcc.truckdirectmail.com/#/
What’s coming on September 12th
- Removal of TDM functionality for Parcels, as the new TDM 2.0 service focuses on the best possible service and quotations for Letters and Flats.
- The “Quote” links in Mail Manager will direct you to the quote on the new TDM 2.0 website from within Mail Manager rather than to the Customer Portal integration.
