What We Heard: EFI Connect User Conference & AMSP Executive Leadership Summit

The team from BCC Software had an opportunity to talk to industry leaders, customers, and partners at the EFI Connect User Conference and AMSP Executive Leadership Summit held during the week of January 19-23 in Las Vegas. Here’s a sample of what we heard:

AMSP (Now Epicomm) attendees are actively looking for ways to increase their ability to delivery personalized, relevant communication, as suggested in the presentation by Andrew Paparozzi, their associations Chief Economist. Those that stopped by the booth remarked that they were excited a trusted vendor like BCC Software already had solutions like proprietary change of address and rooftop geocoding readily available.

A common theme heard at both events was the need for companies to maximize their investment in people by automating routine tasks and allowing their staff to focus on their clients. At the BCC Software booth, this drove a lot of conversation around BCC Mail Manager’s automation capabilities and fully automated batch processing of Data Marketing Service jobs.

EFI Connect was full of energetic EFI customers, eager to learn about maximizing their EFI products, particularly EFI Monarch™ and PACE™. Monarch users flooded the BCC Software booth following Wednesday’s presentation on mailing to learn more about the ability to use the fully integrated EFI Monarch connector with BCC Mail Manager Full Service. The ability to automate management of USPS compliance and postage optimization within EFI Monarch is functionality that has been long coveted, and attendees were excited that it was now available from a vendor like BCC Software.
