Changes released on January 4, 2016 to support the USPS Rate case effective January, 17 2016

In accordance with the USPS January 17, 2016 changes, some postage statements were updated to January 2016 versions with our January 4 release. Statements that did not require changes will still be labeled as May 2015. Here is a summary of updates in the January 4 BCC Mail Manager release:
- Updated mappings from presort to proper rate category values, so that PostalOne! uses the values on the correct postage statement lines.
- Added support for the AB Testing promotion.
- Updated the surcharge code for Parcel Select Balloon from ‘1′ to ‘P’ to coincide with PostalOne! tech spec mappings.
- Removed the “Regional Rate Box C” from the Priority Piece Type dropdown on the Mailing Presort Information dialog
- Changed First-Class Mail Parcels To be Single Piece Mailing Only
- Removed “Commercial Plus” pricing
- Adjusted the allowable Minimum/Maximum weights to between 1 and 15.99 ounces
- Updated High Speed and High Quality Postage Statements
