We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of our marketing strategy. In this role, you will develop and execute a cutting-edge digital marketing approach, leveraging data, automation, and content to drive engagement, expand our customer base, and generate new business opportunities. You will have the autonomy to create and implement marketing initiatives, introduce new technologies, and enhance our digital presence, all while collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • Develop & Lead Digital Strategy – Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize Marketing Systems – Oversee the expansion and integration of Microsoft CRM with ClickDimensions to streamline marketing automation.
  • SEO & Performance Marketing – Manage SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing initiatives to drive high-quality lead generation.
  • Content & Brand Development – Establish a robust content strategy, including blogs, videos, social media, and thought leadership, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Transformation – Identify opportunities for innovation, recommend strategic improvements, and lead the transition to a digital-first marketing approach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
  • Continuous Growth & Innovation – Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, experimenting with new approaches to enhance customer engagement and market reach.

Who You Are

  • A digital marketing expert with a passion for growth, technology, and data-driven strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy. Experience with ClickDimensions is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the tech or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and transforming marketing functions.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, capable of driving change and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Supervisor Responsibility: This position oversees one direct report and a third-party resource.

Work Location: This position is based out of the Rochester, NY office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office time as designated by the manager.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time role. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements: The physical requirements outlined below represent the expectations for an employee to effectively perform the essential functions of this role. This position regularly involves sitting, using hands for handling or feeling objects, and communicating verbally. Frequent reaching with hands and arms is also required. Occasionally, the role may involve standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
