The National Postal Forum 2025 has wrapped, but the momentum is just getting started. Under the theme of “Leading Forward,” this year’s event in Nashville delivered on every front—innovation, collaboration, and a shared vision for the future of mailing and shipping.

From the moment the doors opened, NPF 2025 set the tone for innovative change and ushering in a new era for the postal industry on the 250th anniversary of the USPS. The event attendance surged to host over 5,700 attendees the largest in over 2 decades, over a third of which were new attendees of NPF, and featured 120 dynamic workshops and sessions designed to equip attendees with the tools, insights, and strategies to thrive in a fast-evolving postal ecosystem. Industry leaders, innovators, and solution providers came together to connect, learn, and chart the course for a more agile and customer-centric future for all spectrums of the mailing and postal industries.
