BCC Software President Selected for Multiple Speaking Engagements at National Postal Forum
Lien honored to be chosen again for national level workshops and panel.
Rochester, N.Y. – April 12, 2017: BCC Software is pleased to announce company president Chris Lien has been chosen to present as both an individual and as a panelist for the 2017 National Postal Forum (NPF) in Baltimore, MD. Lien has presented at NPF every year for over a decade.

During the workshop sessions, Lien will present “Industry SWOT: Impact of Today’s Trends on Your Business and How to Capitalize on Them” on Monday, May 22, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. ET. The workshop is geared toward busy professionals in the print and mailing industry, giving them an opportunity to step back and analyze the evolving direct marketing and USPS® landscape.
He also will be joined by Mike Zink of Canon Solutions America on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at 2:45 p.m. ET for a joint-workshop titled “Is There a Million Dollars on Your Shop Floor?” This is the first presentation at NPF for Canon Solutions America.
Lien will then join David Steinhardt, President and CEO of Idealliance, and Rose Flanagan, Manager of Postal Strategies & Logistics, Data-Mail & Co-Chair, Idealliance Postal Operations and Technologies Council for a panel discussion titled “Partnering and Collaborating: Building Best Practices in the Mail Supply Chain.” This session will be held in the Idealliance Solutions Theater on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. ET and again on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 10 a.m. ET.
Lien has been active in the mailing industry for 25 years and is a recognized industry expert speaking at such events as NPF, local Postal Customer Councils, and many Area Industry Focus Group meetings. He regularly participates in numerous industry associations such as the Association for Postal Commerce, Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers, Idealliance, and the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee where he currently serves as the elected Immediate Past Industry Chair. In 2016, Lien received the Donald A. Mumma Award – the highest award of distinction that Idealliance presents in the mail preparation and processing arena.
