About Adam Koester
Director of Product Management
Adam Koester brings over a decade of experience in the mailing industry and currently serves as the Director of Product Management at BCC Software. He leads the Product Management team and drives the company’s overall product strategy. Adam began his career at Satori Software, continuing with BCC Software after its acquisition. During his tenure, he advanced from Senior Product Manager to his current leadership role.
Adam plays a crucial and active role in the industry. He chairs the Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC) Mailing Software Development Group (MSDG) and represents the industry on the Mailing Technical Advisory Council (MTAC) and the Postal Early Exchange Committee (PEEC). He is also a regular contributor to MTAC User Groups, Mail.dat and Mail.XML workgroups, and the Postal Operations and Technology Council.
Adam resides in Wisconsin with his wife, Andrea, their two children, James and Ellie, and their golden doodle, Kuiper. He holds degrees in Religious Studies and Philosophy, as well as a Master’s in Theology. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, mountain biking, and canoeing.
