Kati Ozminkowski joined BCC Software in September 2023 as Finance Manager. Kati is responsible for the financial oversight and strategic planning of the company. Kati has 20 years of professional experience in finance. Prior to joining the company, she spent 12 years at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) in various finance roles and was most recently the Manager of Financial Analysis & Operations for RIT Certified, a new division committed to helping lift the economy and promote professional and economic mobility through workforce development and training programs. Kati was responsible for ensuring the division’s viability and sustainability. She holds an MBA from RIT. Kati and her husband live in Fairport where their youngest daughter is finishing high school. She has a full house with 1 dog, 3 cats and 1 bunny. In her free time, you’ll find her watching her middle daughter play softball for RIT, cheering on her youngest at a gymnastics meet, shopping thrift stores with her oldest daughter or working on home improvement projects with her husband.
