Data Collection and Input
Using COMPLIANCE+™ begins with collecting your existing data records. These records include names, addresses, and other relevant information about your contacts. This initial step ensures that all data points are accounted for before the cleaning process begins.
Basic Compliance with CASS™ and NCOALink®
Initially, COMPLIANCE+™ utilizes CASS™ (Coding Accuracy Support System) to standardize and validate addresses, ensuring they meet USPS® regulations. It then processes your data through NCOALink®, which updates addresses based on filed change-of-address requests with the USPS®, ensuring your records reflect the latest information.
Advanced Data Enhancement with ARS and PCOA
To go above and beyond traditional compliance, COMPLIANCE+™ integrates Address Resolution Service and PCOA. ARS repairs addresses that are incomplete or incorrect, turning “broken” records into usable data. PCOA identifies address changes that were not filed with the USPS®, using third-party databases to fill in the gaps left by NCOALink®.

After enhancement, the data undergoes rigorous verification to ensure its accuracy. This step confirms that the data corrections and updates are reliable and that all addresses are deliverable.
