For those who rely on TruckDirectMail.com (TDM) for destination entry mail logistics: In addition to postal drop-shipping, you’ll soon be able to move Freight-of-all-Kinds and Parcels (ground), with multi-carrier pricing options, in the new Direct Logistics Platform (DLP) — a faster, friendly, and more functional solution that brings TDM into an entirely new world of freight logistics.
If you currently take advantage of drop-ship rating directly in Mail Manager or DAT-MAIL and have an account in TDM, this transition will happen automatically and we’re working hard to make it as seamless as possible. When your account is queued-up for migration, your TDM account admin(s) will receive an email with more information.
Here’s the essential need-to-know information…
- TDM is being replaced by the completely new DLP solution
- TDM account migrations are in process and should be complete by the end of July, 2025
- TDM account migrations are fully automated and require nothing on your end
- All TDM account information will be migrated to DLP (jobs, users, facilities, etc.)
- Once migrated to DLP, accounts will no longer be accessible in TDM
- Once all TDM accounts are migrated to DLP, the TDM system will be decommissioned
