NCOALINK SERVICES WITH FSP & LSP PROCESSING
Keeping your address lists complete, correct, and current for less
BCC Software’s NCOA Services
NCOALink® is a USPS® service that contains the names and addresses of individuals, families, and businesses who have a permanent change of address. BCC Software offers NCOA services at two levels, NCOALink FSP and NCOALink LSP. Both services include DPV®, LACSLink®, and SuiteLink® processing.
BCC Software, like all NCOA service providers, is required by our license agreement with the USPS to obtain a signed Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) from our customers. Specifically, the form must be completed and signed by the mail list owner as well as the list processor. These signed documents remain valid for 12 months, then must be renewed. To facilitate that process, BCC Software uses Electronic Processing Acknowledgement Forms (ePAF) to send forms and collect signatures from all parties involved.
In order to make the process seamless to our customers, and to their customers, we send the ePAF confirmation directly to the end customer.
Why BCC Software?
With 12% of the population of the United States moving every year, it’s critical to submit your list for change of address processing on a regular basis. Based on that stat and your list of 150,000 records, consider what that means to you:If 1% of that list has moved, you now have 1,500 records that are out of date.
- If 1% of that list has moved, you now have 1,500 records that are out of date.
If your mailing costs an average of $1 per piece in production and postage, that’s $1,500 in mail that won’t reach its destination.
By contrast, your list would cost just around 15% of that to process through NCOALink LSP processing with BCC Software. This is an immediate ROI of 85%!
The value is even greater when you factor in the value of what the 1,500 customers you may not have otherwise reached will spend with you.
NCOALink processing also satisfies the Move Update requirement for presorted and automation mailing rates from the USPS®.
You can read more about Move Update on the USPS RIBBS® website.
