BCC User Forum – Information at your fingertips

Did you know that you have a great resource for all things BCC Software?  That’s right, just by logging in to the BCC Customer Portal at https://portal.bccsoftware.com/ , you have access to one of the greatest postal resources, the User Forum!

On the User Forum, you can post comments and questions about our software, ask questions of your fellow mailers and even receive notifications as to when the bi-monthly software disks have been shipped. Another forum that we highly recommend that you subscribe to is the Problem Notifications forum. This forum is used exclusively inform you about any issues that may significantly impact your mailing.
