Address Change Service (ACS™)
Keep Your Mail Moving with ACS
Automated address change reports (via USPS), now integrated into TNT, are sent automatically.
Undeliverable mail costs time and money. With Address Change Service (ACS), mailers can receive automated updates when recipients move or when mail cannot be delivered, reducing waste, maintaining data accuracy, and protecting your postage investment.
At BCC Software, we make it easy for Mail Service Providers and their clients to enroll in and benefit from ACS. Whether you’re looking to cut costs, improve deliverability, or better serve mail owners, ACS is a powerful tool to have in your direct mail toolkit.
Note:
Address Change Service (ACS–a USPS product) is different than ARS (Address Resolution Service–a BCC Software product). ARS is a pre-mailing correction service that helps fix problematic addresses that standard USPS tools are unable to resolve.
On the other hand, ACS, is a post-mailing notification system provided by USPS that alerts you when an address has changed or when a piece of mail was undeliverable. While ARS works proactively to improve address accuracy before mailing, ACS helps you stay informed and maintain cleaner lists over time by providing valuable feedback after mailing.

Why ACS Matters

Automatically receive forwarding or undeliverable information electronically, no need to process returned pieces manually.
Maintain Clean Lists

Enhance Campaign ROI
