Kim Taylor

Kim Taylor joined BCC Software in July 2026 as Director of Finance, transitioning from our parent company, BlueCrest, where she spent the past six years. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Kim leads the BCC Finance organization and provides strategic and financial leadership to support the company’s business objectives and growth. Kim brings more than 15 years of finance leadership experience across public, privately held, and private equity-backed organizations. Most recently, she served as Finance Manager, Infrastructure at BlueCrest, where she focused on building efficient, scalable infrastructure, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and enabling better, data-driven decision-making across the organization. She is known for her approachable leadership style and her ability to work effectively with diverse teams to develop practical solutions that increase efficiency and drive success. While Kim has always had a passion for numbers, her journey to a career in finance was somewhat unconventional. After earning her undergraduate degree in special education, she discovered her true interest in finance during a strategy course while pursuing her MBA. Kim lives in Woodbury, Connecticut, with her husband, their 12-year-old son, and 8-year-old daughter. Her home is shared with a lively mix of pets, including a dog, a flock of chickens, and a few other furry and scaly companions. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, tackling home improvement projects, and traveling with her family.
