Mail Presort Suite
Comprehensive mailing presort software
For almost 50 years, mailers have run their operations on BCC Software. Our partner program gives resellers, technology vendors, consultants, and industry organizations a defined way to build alongside us, whether that means selling our software, integrating with our APIs, referring clients, or going to market together.
BCC Software has been building postal software since 1978. Our products sit at the points where mail either performs or fails: address quality, presort, Mail.dat submission, PostalOne! compliance, tracking, and delivery visibility, and more. Every organization that sends mail at scale has to solve those problems, and USPS regulations keep changing.
That is a good position for a partner to attach to. The need is permanent, the compliance burden is real, and the switching cost for a well-implemented customer is high. Partners who bring BCC Software into an account, stay in that account. We are also a BlueCrest company, which connects our software to a global installed base of production printers, inserters, sorters, and parcel systems.
We run four programs. They differ by what you do with our products or your position in relation to the industry, rather than by company.

Yes, and many partners do. A technology vendor with a live integration who also resells our software would hold both a Technology and a Channel agreement. Terms are set per program and do not stack on the same transaction.
For Channel and Technology partnerships, some familiarity with mail production or address data is expected, and we will train the rest. For Affiliate and Strategic partnerships, no postal expertise is required.
Affiliate applications are usually approved within five business days. Channel, Technology, and Strategic applications involve a scoping conversation and typically take two to four weeks from first call to signed agreement.
It depends on the program. Channel partners own the customer relationship and the invoice. Technology and Affiliate partners refer, and BCC Software contracts directly with the customer. This is defined in each partner agreement.
No. Existing partners will be mapped into the new structure by their BCC Software contact. Reach out if you think you belong in a different program than the one you are placed in.
