Our team

Shaun Anderson joined BCC Software in March 2024 as Vice President, Sales, overseeing the Sales, Professional Services and Presales teams. Anderson has over 15 years of technology and software sales experience and has spent his career developing and growing territories and teams. Most recently, he was the co-founder and co-managing partner of Employee Retention Solutions, an HR Solutions firm specializing in leveraging SaaS technology to businesses. Prior to that, Shaun spent six years at ADP, starting as District Manager and advancing to Vice President, Sales. Shaun spent eight years in Colorado before settling down in Rochester. His hobbies include spending time with his wife and three children while camping, hiking, snowboarding, and coaching. Shaun’s favorite quote is “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.”
