Shaun Anderson

Shaun Anderson joined BCC Software in March 2024 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Growth and Customer Strategy in April 2026. In this role, he drives long-term growth through customer engagement, revenue generation, and operational excellence, overseeing Sales, Customer Support, and Professional Services while integrating customer insights into actionable business strategies. Shaun has over 15 years of technology and software sales experience and has spent his career developing and growing territories and teams. Prior to joining BCC Software, he was the co-founder and co-managing partner of Employee Retention Solutions, an HR solutions firm specializing in leveraging SaaS technology for businesses. Shaun spent eight years in Colorado before settling in Rochester, NY. His hobbies include spending time with his wife and three children while camping, hiking, snowboarding, and coaching.
