Victor Pinenkov

With nearly three decades of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, Victor Pinenkov serves as Senior Director of Software Engineering at BCC Software. He joined the company in 2019 and has since driven technical innovation, strengthened organizational stability, and advanced engineering excellence. During his tenure, he was promoted to his current role. Since beginning his career in software development 28 years ago, he has progressed through roles spanning hands-on software development, management, and executive leadership, including leading engineering efforts for a Rochester-based startup through a successful exit. Victor holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and is passionate about building high-performing teams, modern technology platforms, and efficient engineering organizations that deliver meaningful business impact. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, biking, chess, and following Arsenal F.C. as a devoted supporter.
