... This type of information spans past the usual conference topics, and if I did not go to this conference, our company would have never known. This [Seamless Acceptance] incentive could mean 10’s of thousands of dollars to the company, possibly six figures in a year’s time. I always try to bring a little ‘magic’ back from each conference, this time it prevailed!

This was my first time attending and I thought it was well worth my time. The content was good and some parts seemed like they just weren't long enough.

This was my first time attending a BCC event. I didn't really know what to expect. I enjoyed it very much and was able to feel part a community that being the mail processor for our company does not give me.

I found the content of the event to be very valuable. The OIG and USPS Officer session was information that I didn't hear before BUT very important and made it easier to justify attending the event. Being able to have side conversations with the BCC team was HUGE

...Including outside participants like USPS and Governmental representation deepen the value of the conference.

The postal and industry sessions were incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the BCC staff that were there and how willing they were to hear feedback on the products and help customers. This was my first conference with you and to see some of the products in more detail was nice...
