BCC Software Brings Address Quality and Real-Time Postage Pricing Directly Into Web-to-Print

New integration embeds BCC Architect REACH into Infigo’s ordering workflow, cutting postage 42 percent on an early test mailing and extending BCC Software’s technology partner program further upstream into the applications mailers use every day

ROCHESTER, N.Y., September 14, 2026 – BCC Software, a BlueCrest company, today announced a new integration with Infigo, a global leader in enterprise-grade web-to-print software, that brings automated address cleansing, USPS mail preparation, and real-time postage pricing directly into the online print ordering workflow.

The integration connects BCC Software’s Architect REACH service to Infigo’s web-to-print platform, standardizing addresses against the USPS database, assigning ZIP+4 and delivery point barcodes, and calculating postage per piece before checkout. Print providers and their customers see print plus postage in one transparent cart total, with postage savings applied automatically.

In early testing, one 2,010 record mailing list saw postage drop from $0.7800 per piece on First Class single-piece to $0.4494 per piece on Marketing Mail automation, a 42 percent reduction calculated at the point of order. Savings vary by list quality, mail piece, and starting rate class.

For print providers, the integration eliminates manual list preparation, external presort bureaus, and back-and-forth with customers about bad addresses. Everything is configurable, including postal permit, mailing types, address standards, and storefront wording, allowing new storefronts to be deployed with minimal lead time.

“Address quality has always been about more than just deliverability, it’s about making sure every mail piece earns the rate it’s entitled to,” said Jim Mann, Business Development Manager, BCC Software. “By bringing Architect REACH directly into Infigo’s solution, we’re giving print providers real postage savings and a cleaner list, without asking them to switch platforms.”

Meeting mailers inside the systems they already run

The Infigo integration reflects a broader direction for BCC Software. Postal expertise has traditionally lived in dedicated software on both sides of the production process, which means the people who manage the data are rarely the people who cleanse it. Moving address validation, move updates, and postal preparation upstream into the applications where records are created closes that gap.

BCC Software has been building postal software since 1978 and works with technology partners across the mailstream, from web-to-print and order management platforms to CRM, customer data platforms, ecommerce systems, and production workflow software. Its technology partner program gives those vendors access to a portfolio of data quality, postal optimization, and customer intelligence services through web service APIs and integration-ready solutions, supported by documentation, test environments, a dedicated partner manager, and direct access to the product and engineering teams behind the APIs.

Volume-based pricing and flexible distribution and OEM options are designed to scale with a partner’s own growth rather than impose a fixed licensing structure. The Infigo integration is a working example of the pattern: a partner embeds BCC Software services inside an existing customer experience, and the end user never leaves the platform they already bought.

“We’ve seen a huge upward trend in customers wanting seamless, real-time address cleansing, and this partnership with BCC Software delivers exactly that,” said James Ratcliffe, Head of Global Sales, Infigo. “Print providers can now offer their customers accurate postage pricing and cleaner mailing lists without leaving the ordering journey.”

The integration is available now. Attendees at PRINTING United 2026, September 23 to 25 in Las Vegas, can see it live at the Infigo booth, N7149 where Jim Mann will be a guest interviewer regarding the new integration!
